Cutting department

The cutting department is managed by one operator.
It is equipped with a Rush 280A double column CNC band saw with an 8 m roller unit, that can cut round/square and plate shapes to a maximum size of 280 mm.

It is also equipped with a next-generation AMADA HFA 400W saw capable of cutting up to Ø420 mm. Equipped with the most advanced technologies, it is fitted with patented WIDIA blades which reduce cutting time in half.

The CNC has serial cutting programs that can streamline clamp opening and closing times. Moreover, thanks to specially designed clamps, it can carry out multi-bar cuts, thus considerably reducing cutting times.

We are also equipped with two manual band saws, with a maximum cutting capacity of 250 mm and tilted cuts up to 60°.
